• CREATE A MEMBER PROFILE FOR EASY BOOKINGS: Register as an Member via our website by clicking "Login/Register," creating an account, and verifying your email to easily view, reschedule, or cancel your tennis bookings anytime.

• WET WEATHER: If a washout occurs, customers will receive a credit note. Email porthackingtennis@gmail.com for details on your credit note. 

​

• NEED TO RESCHEDULE: You can reschedule your booking online up to 3 hours before your session starts. No fees apply. Just login to your member profile and reschedule. If you do not wish to create a login account please email porthackingtennis@gmail.com ​​

• CANCELLATIONS: Cancel online with more than 6 hours notice to receive a credit. Contact porthackingtennis@gmail.com. Cancellations made within 3 hours of the booking will be forfeited.

• LATEST BOOKING: The latest you can book a session is 30 minutes before it starts.

​

• AFTER HOURS LIGHTING: All 3 courts have floodlights that are automatically programmed to come on after dark. If the lights are not on during your booking please contact Judy on 0418 236 555.

• TIME ALLOCATIONS: Online bookings must adhere to their allocated time slots. Courts are monitored by cameras. If you stay beyond your allocated timeslot, additional booking fees will apply.​

• COACHES: Online bookings cannot bring in outside coaches. Tennis coaches are not permitted to book online for their own commercial gain.​
